Refund policy
All goods collected or received must be checked immediately on receipt. Any damage, faults, shortages or discrepancies must be advised to John Cowell LTD within 12 hours of receipt of goods. Signing a carriers delivery note 'un-checked' does not absolve the persons receiving the goods from this condition. Customers who wish to return items after this time period will have to cover the returns cost.
Please note that unfortunately we don’t accept returns due to a customer not liking the item.
